Speaker’s Q&A

Capture more questions from your audience and avoid those silent moments when bringing people on stage. Crowdsource the questions from the audience during and after the room and start the Q&A with a list of great questions.

How can you do this?

1. Introduce Poll App, tell people to go to pollapp.cc and enter the event code

2. Ask the audience to submit their questions

3. Once the Q&A starts, display the questions onscreen

4. Get your speakers to address the questions

Tips:

• Submit a few of your own questions once the session gets underway. It will inspire the attendees to follow the lead and join with their own questions.

• Archive the questions that were answered to make room on screen for the next ones.

Will your event have any giveaways, awards or offers that will be handed to particular attendees? Providing digital goodies or offers is a great way to increase audience interaction. Provide a special gift or a voucher to attendees who ask thought-provoking questions or participate in various sub-events.
