Create your room on Poll App

Step 1. Create a room

Create your Room with Name and Room Code (Maximum of 10 characters for room code). Which will make a sharable link for your event or Clubhouse room. E.g. pollapp.cc/roomcode

Step 2. Setup your room

Announcements

To add your announcement, type the message which you would like publish to your live room, then click publish to share in your live room.

Announcements are published in the bottom left of the live room screen and be closed by a participant once seen.

Speaker’s Q&A

Polls

To add polls, click "Create Poll"

1. Create your multiple choice or open text poll in advance

2. During your clubhouse room, tell your audience to go to pollapp.cc and enter the event code

3. Publish your poll 4. Encourage your clubhouse audience to send in their votes 5. Comment on the poll results and put them in the context in your room

Active Offers

To create an Active Offer, just click on Offers tab in your room and add the following

• Name of offer (This is for your reference only)

• Offer Headline

• Offer Image

• Text above the button

• Text inside the button

• Click save

• A preview of your offer will show on the right had side in your admin dashboard

• Click "Publish" to present your offer in your live room

Files, Links and Resources

To add files to your rooms.

1. Add a file name (This is the name which public will see for your files)

2. Click "Upload" to and select file you would like to share.

3. Click "Preview" to save file to Poll App

4. Click on "Share file" to publish to your live rooms.

To add link to your rooms.

1. Add a Title for your Link

2. Add a Link Url

3. Click "Preview" to save link to Poll App

4. Click on "Share link" to publish to your live rooms.

Step 3. Publish your room to Clubhouse 🎉

To publish your room on Clubhouse just:

1. Add your room url to Clubhouse title

2. Encourage your clubhouse audience to participate when starting a resetting the room

3. Comment on the Poll App activity and add in to context in your room.
